Sait Eryilmaz is specialised in banking & finance with a specific focus on project finance and structured finance. Born 1963, Ankara. Mr. ATAY graduated from Middle East Technical University Civil Engineering Dept. in 1986. The same year he started his professional career as Quality Control Engineer at the US Government’s Military Quarters at the Incirlik Airbase. He held various positions in leading construction companies in Turkey until 1995 when he moved to Tashkent, Uzbekistan for the operations of a private construction company. He worked as Section Manager, Technical Office Manager, Project Manager and Regional Manager, respectively and returned to Turkey in 2002 to serve as Executive Committee Member and Project Coordinator for prestigious domestic or overseas projects of various private construction companies. He joined the YDA Group in May 2013 and has held the General Coordinator for PPP Projects position since then.

In addition to his advisory role, with his team, he has completed the airside design of the new Istanbul Airport with 3 parallel independent runways, Sabiha Gokcen Airport’s 2nd parallel independent runway, and most recently managed the fast-track design-build project of Kuwait International Airport Terminal 4 in record-time of 21 months.

Currently at IGA, his team provides full technical and engineering studies to all airport organizations with the aim of ensuring the operational integrity of the airport master plan in terms of aviation safety & security, operational effectiveness, level of service, constructability, infrastructure capacity, logistics and connectivity.

Idil joined Municipal and Environmental Infrastructure Division of EBRD Istanbul office in November 2013 as Senior Banker. She is mainly responsible for private sector operations. Prior to joining EBRD, Idil was Manager in Project Finance Department of Garanti Bank. In 2012 and 2013, she led the Portfolio Management team of the Project Finance Department. The portfolio was comprised of project finance loans to various sectors including infrastructure, energy, utilities, cement, real estate, steel, petrochemicals etc. and the exposure was around 13 billion $. Before 2012, she was leading the infrastructure team and responsible for origination, structuring, credit analysis, execution and syndication of long term non-recourse/semi-recourse loans provided to the infrastructure and PPP projects. Her deal experience included many landmark infrastructure privatization and refinancing transactions completed in Turkey. Before 2003, Idil worked in PwC and was responsible for advising mostly foreign corporate clients targeting Turkish companies via mergers and acquisitions. Dr. Yalcin Eliguzeloglu is acting as Business Development Director at GAMA Holding since 2015, focusing mainly on PPP/BOT type of projects. At the same time, Yalcin is an active member of the Board of Directors for Izmir Bayrakli and Kocaeli Hospital PPP Projects. He has been involved in the structuring, financing, EPC, O&M and managerial aspects of these two projects which together represent c. USD 1.5 billion of investments. Prior to joining GAMA, Yalcin worked at Koç Holding as Tourism, Food and Retail Group Manager and as General Manager for Enram Water and Environmental Infrastructure Investments from 2010 to 2015. Sule is the Deputy Director for Turkey at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). She has over 21 years of experience working on a variety of projects in project finance, financial advisory, M&A, private equity, bank acquisition. Before joining the EBRD in June 2012 Sule has spent five years at Unicredit Group, most recently as Managing Director leading project finance activities for the Investment Banking Platform in Turkey. Prior to Unicredit, Sule held an array of Directorships and Vice Presidencies in project and structured finance, private equity in the organisation such as Bayerische Hypo und Vereinsbank (Istanbul), Garanti Bank (Istanbul), and CitiBank (Istanbul). Sule is a Turkish national with a PhD in Finance from Bogaziçi University, a Master’s degree from Manchester School of Management (UMIST) and BSc in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
