He is the chairman of Electricity Producers Association (EÜD) and Board Member (former Chairman) of Energy Traders Association (etd). He is also an active member of the committees of leading institutions.
Cem Aşık fulfilled several high executive roles in IT and telecommunications industries.
Cem Asik graduated from Hacettepe University Computer Sciences and Engineering Department and studied MBA in the Middle East Technical University, in Ankara.

Hasan Hepkaya graduated from Hacettepe University Department of Business Administration. Starting his professional career at Garanti Leasing in 2003, Hepkaya assumed various titles at TSKB under Corporate Banking and Project Finance Departments between 2005 and 2014. Hepkaya acted as the Manager of the Project Finance and Corporate Banking Departments between 2014 and 2018, respectively. He was appointed as the Executive Vice President responsible for "Corporate Banking", "Project Finance", and "Corporate Communication" departments in April 2019. He still acts as the board member at İş Finansal Kiralama A.Ş.

Dr. Guest (Ph.D., Geology) has been working internationally in the oil and gas industry for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Valeura, he was the CEO of two private junior companies. Bukit Energy is a Calgary-based startup focused on Indonesia, and Pexco Energy holds production and exploration assets in Australia-Asia region and East Africa. During his tenure, Pexco was producing ~10,000 boepd from its assets in Indonesia and Australia. While running Pexco, he resided in Jakarta, Indonesia and oversaw the company's first operated development of an oil field in Sumatra. The company also expanded their gas production in Australia with the development of a new offshore gas field and upgrades and debottlenecking of the associated onshore gas plant. Prior to his CEO roles, he also worked for Woodside in Australia and Libya, and for Shell in the Netherlands, Australia and Malaysia. He started his career with Schlumberger working in Egypt

Cenap Kuloğlu graduated from Technical University Berlin in Industrial Engineering; MBA from Columbia University. JV Agreement with BELECTRIC. Sule Topcu Kilic

Deputy Head, EBRD, Turkey

Deputy Director for Turkey at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Sule Kilic has over 21 years of experience working on a variety of projects in project finance, financial advisory, M&A, private quity, bank acquisition. Before joining the EBRD in June 2012 Sule has spent five years at Unicredit Group, most recently as Managing Director leading project finance activities for the Investment Banking Platform in Turkey.
Prior to Unicredit, Sule held an array of Directorships and Vice Presidencies in project and structured finance, private equity in organisation such as Bayerische Hypo und Vereinsbank (Istanbul), Garanti Bank (Istanbul), and CitiBank (Istanbul). Sule is a Turkish national with a PhD in Finance from Boğaziçi University, a Master’s degree from Manchester School of Management (UMIST) and BSc in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Tamer Calisir

Born in 1973, Tamer ÇALIŞIR obtained his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University in 1996 and his Executive MBA degree from Koç University in 2010. He worked for Aygaz, Zorlu Energy and Slovenian trade company GEN-I doo in Energy Sector. Tamer ÇALIŞIR joined GAMA family in 2013 and in 2017 he was appointed as GAMA Enerji Managing Director and Chairman of all international and domestic company owned subsidiaries. Çalışır also holds President of Energy Trade Association title for two consecutive years and he is a Board Member of Electric Generators Association.

Yasemin Kuytak

Vice President, KfW IPEX-Bank

Yasemin Kuytak has been working at KfW IPEX-Bank’s Representative Office in Turkey since 2009 and became the Director of the Office in August 2018. In addition to her expertise in covering financings in several different sectors, she closely followed the ECA covered financings of KfW IPEX Bank in the energy sector. Before joining KfW IPEX-Bank, Yasemin worked at as a Credit Manager for 7 years.
Yasemin holds a Master of Business Administration degree with finance and entrepreneurship concentrations from Ball State University, Indiana, USA. Her Bachelor’s degree is in Business Administration from Istanbul University. She also studied at University of Virginia’s College at Wise, USA as a part of a one year student exchange program.
