On 27 March, senior dealmakers, investors, and advisers gathered at Swissôtel The Bosphorus in Istanbul for a half-day of focused discussion on Türkiye’s evolving investment landscape.

The forum opened with a frank assessment of macroeconomic conditions, valuation trends, and deal structuring in the current environment, with speakers from Maxis Private Equity, RePie Investment Holding, CEECAT Capital, Sarona Asset Management, and Beyond Edge sharing their perspectives on navigating volatility.

A sponsored session by Expertera explored the growing role of AI in deal sourcing and execution, followed by a corporate M&A panel featuring voices from Kale Group, Borusan Holding, SOCAR Türkiye, and Kabine Law Office, covering cross-border expansion, strategic acquisitions, and sector opportunities in defence and aerospace.

The VC and CVC session brought together Vinci Venture Capital, e2vc, and Hedef Holding to discuss Türkiye’s fast-growing startup ecosystem, exit pathways, and co-investment structures.
