he 11th annual Baltic and Nordic Energy Summit gathered C- and VP- level delegates who came to discuss the latest developments in the regional energy sector, build their networks and attend sessions by the most experienced industry experts

This year’s edition of the summit expanded to include the Nordic region, bringing together Energy sector thought leaders to debate the increasingly interconnected energy markets, the future policy framework and investment opportunities in both regions. A particular focus was on the integration of the Nordic and Baltic energy systems and its impact on pricing, funding and investment. To find the right solution for the future, a critical perspective was given to current features and the state of affairs. As our chairman, Laura Huomo concluded, to be able to move forward and approach change, thinking broadly on many levels is necessity. Therefore, all stakeholders must be involved in the process, including decision makers, politicians and investors. Regional cooperation and keeping the market competitive were considered to be the main drivers of cross-border stability in the energy sector.
