Again, It was another fantastic opportunity for attendees of this year’s Southeast Europe Private Equity and M&A Forum (3rd October 2024) to meet and explore where the leading dealmakers stand in terms of the pace and progress of mergers and acquisitions as well as where investors see the most promising investment opportunities.
Leading PE houses and corporate investors conducted numerous high-profile panel discussions throughout the day where some of Southeast Europe’s high profile M&A deals and other major transactions were discussed. Throughout the conference, attendees heard from thought-provoking leaders in business and finance who shed light on the current M&A and private equity environment, provided tips for navigating a thriving M&A landscape and prepared for the shape of the potential M&A market to come. During the program, the key topics covered included a broad overview of the trends in M&A activity in 2024, how to best finance a business acquisition in 2025, as well as cross-border and mid-market deal flow. Several sectors have been included in the zoom, including renewable energy, healthcare, FMCG, and telecommunications.
