A Türkiye Private Equity and M&A Forum annual series aims to discuss mergers and acquisitions performance factors, deal market and private equity investors’ and venture capitalists’ best investment opportunities.
This year’s edition, held in Istanbul on December 6th, introduced regional investors and dealmakers to key opportunities in hot sectors like energy, manufacturing, technology, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG. In addition, it provided insights into how to develop M&A targets and optimize M&A structures in Turkey and where investors look next.
