Dominic is President of the Executive Committee and member of the Board of Directors – he coordinates the bank’s entire business activity and manages the Control Functions of the Bank.

Dominic is one of the most experienced bankers in Romania with an international track record of 39 years in the banking industry both on developed and emerging markets. Has previously been Regional CEO West Africa for Standard Bank, CEO of Banca Comercială Română, and for 27 Years worked with Barclays in the UK, Africa and the Middle East. Outside banking he is a past President of Private Investors in Africa, Vice-Chairman of the UK’s Overseas Development Institute, and BoD member of the Foreign Investors Council in Romania.

Dominic holds a Bachelor in Medieval History from Durham University, an MBA from Henley Management College, and a diploma in Financial Studies from the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
